Application for Builders Association of Victoria

Associates: Good for the BAV, Good for Your Business – Do Business with an Active Associate Member.

Our Associate Members are a vital component of our Federation. They support the industry in many different capacities as building suppliers, service providers, product manufacturers and more.

As Associate Members Appreciation Month draws to a close, we’d like to highlight 10 reasons why we are grateful for our Associate members:

  1. Associates continuously, throughout each year, support the Builders Association of Victoria, Texas Association of Builders and the National Association of Home Builders, so that we may fight ordinances, rules and potentially onerous laws that make your business more difficult and the cost of housing less affordable.
  2. Associates volunteer time, talent and treasure to help the BAV, TAB & NAHB accomplish its goals of protecting your industry.
  3. Associates recruit their colleagues and business contacts to become members.
  4. Associates serve on committees and councils, gaining valuable networking opportunities while helping to advance the association’s mission.
  5. Associates are strong supporters of local and state PACs and BUILD-PAC.
  6. Associates are a major source of non-dues revenue through sponsorships, advertising and other strategic partnerships.
  7. Associate members represent a diverse range of industries and specialties, but the one thing they have in common is that they all support the home building industry. If there is a product or service you need, there is an associate member who can provide it.
  8. As industry partners, Associates are a valuable resource for business and management tips.
  9. By doing business with an Associate, you increase the value of membership for all members of the Builders Association of Victoria.
  10. Associates are heavily invested in your business success: You win, they win!

As you hire a sub-contractor please ask yourself, “Is this company an active Associate Member of the Builders Association?   Help us support those that are actively supporting your business and industry.
